Pledge Manager Closing Soon + New Models Added to Store!

THE PLEDGE MANAGER IS CLOSING SOON!

The pledge manager will be closing in one week, on March 16th. If you are among the small percentage of backers who has not yet completed your survey, please do so at your earliest opportunity to avoid any delays in the delivery of your rewards.

It's time for sharing, an update and a quick reminder...

First, meet Skuzz! This charming little fellow plays a prominent role in the upcoming Legend of the Witchfire adventure. A word to the wise: keep one hand on your sidearm and the other hand on your coin pouch.

Next, Kickstarter Producer Andy Gill has been fielding requests for additions to the Pledge Manager and has updated the Add-Ons section with several new items, including both physical and PDF copies of The Art of Privateer Press. Here's a full list of today's additions:

Kickstarter Producer Andy Gill has been hard at work collecting backer requests and adding additional models and fiction novels to the pledge manager. If there's something you requested or were hoping to see in the pledge manager Add-On store, have a look at the list below to see if it's been added and log in to your Backerkit profile. 

As well, backers of the Digital Player and Digital GM are now able to Add-on models in the pledge manager.

SHIPPING WEIGHTS ADJUSTMENT

Greetings Adventurers,

We noted several comments this morning regarding shipping costs, particularly for EU backers. After looking at how the shipping was being calculated, we realized a couple things:

1) Shipping costs did increase somewhat over the original estimates due to the addition of physical stretch goals, like the NPC & Monster cards and Gridded Battle Tiles for the Legend of the Witchfire Adventure. (Original estimates were only based on the contents of the Paper GM pledge, as noted on the campaign page.)

2) However, this had the unintended consequence of pushing pledges into a higher shipping tier.

We have adjusted the weights of the pledge rewards which should bring everything in line, so if you're shipping calculation appeared very high previously, recheck your account to see if has adjusted. If you're still seeing something that looks problematic, please message us directly so we can check in to your account. But do know that if you Add-On additional items, you may cross the threshold into a higher shipping tier, depending on your region.

Apologies for any confusion and thank you for the feedback that alerted us to this situation.

PLEDGE MANAGER LAUNCHED!

Greetings Adventurers!

After conducting a successful smoke test, the pledge manager is now officially open. Invites are being sent out through Backerkit and should arrive in your email inbox over the next few days. Don't be alarmed if you don't see one right away as they take a while to be sent, particularly with as many backers as there are for Iron Kingdoms: Requiem.

PLEDGE MANAGER

When you receive the invite, click on the link to be taken to your Backerkit profile. If you wish to increase your pledge level, click on the fine print at the bottom of this block that says "switch your pledge level".

From there, you'll be taken to our survey where we'll ask you a few questions to get to know a bit more about our backers.

After that, you'll have the option to Add-On other items that you'd like to receive. (We've put quite a few models in the store as Add-Ons, trying to accommodate as many requests as possible.) Last, you'll enter your shipping address and credit card info to cover any Add-Ons and shipping costs, and you're done!

Please double check the summary of info at the end and above all, make sure your shipping address is entered correctly. Remember that we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes and wherever you are shipping to, make sure it's a secure location where your order can be delivered safely without risk of it being taken before you receive it.

The pledge manager will be open until March 16th, at which time we will close it, process credit cards, and lock it down so that we can begin our fulfillment process. It is vital that you complete your survey and update your shipping information before the pledge manager locks on March 16th in order to avoid any delays with your reward delivery.

LATE PLEDGE PRE-ORDER STORE

If you missed the Kickstarter, there's still time to get in on all the rewards from the Iron Kingdoms: Requiem campaign. The Pre-Order Store is now open!

Any pre-order placed will receive all rewards associated with the corresponding pledge level for the Kickstarter campaign.
